Overview
The Overview page
is the first page displayed on your Home tab, and contains a summary of your
enrolled learning activities.
At the top is a To Do list,
highlighting your scheduled events and pending notificationsfor the
day.
My Learning Table
The table shows
your current offerings, both self-paced and scheduled. The table displays five
rows at one time. To see more rows in the table, click Next or choose a range
from the dropdown list.
By default, the
Home page does not include offerings that you have already completed, since
completed offerings appear in the relevant offering style subtabs and on the
Transcript page. To see completed offerings in the list on your Home page,
click Include Completed Offerings and click Go.
To find specific
offerings in the list, enter the full or partial offering name in the Filter
field and click Go. The filter restricts the list of offerings to those that
contain the text string you enter.
Offerings are
delivered using a variety of learning methods. Enroll in the offering that
works best with your learning style and schedule, or add the event to your Wishlist. To search for and enroll in offerings,
or to subscribe to and participate in Open Chats and Forum discussions, use the Search
and Browse Catalog, or Advanced
Search features.
Once enrolled,
your learning event is displayed under the subtab corresponding to how the
event is delivered. Click a specific subtab in the header bar to gain quick
access into your enrolled Self-Paced, Scheduled, and Integrated
Learning offerings, or to
participate in any subscribed Chats and Forum discussions. Click the Play button to
begin or resume an offering or click the collaboration icon, if active, to
enter into a Chat or Forum. Depending on the setting defined by the site
administrator, you view the player status or enrollment status or both statuses
for offerings.
My Learning Paths Table
If your site
supports Learning Paths, this table show the learning paths to which you are
subscribed. A manager can subscribe a learning path to you, or you create your
own. To create a learning path, click Full List, or click the Learning Paths
subtab in the header bar, then click Create Personal Learning Path.
My Requested Learning Bin
The requested learning
bin is displayed on the Overview page under the following conditions:.
- The requested learning
bin feature is enabled for your site, and
- You are waitlisted for a
course, or
- You have an enrollment
request that is pending approval, or
- You have an enrollment request that was not approved or rejected within six days
For waitlisted
courses, the bin shows your current position in the waitlist, and provides a
link to each waitlisted course, so that you can review current enrollment
details.
For enrollment requests
pending approval, the bin provides the date the request was made, the status of
the request, and a link to each requested course, so that you can review the
course details.
If you requested
an enrollment, but the approver did not approve or reject the request within
six days, you must resubmit the enrollment request.

appear if you have access to them. The Calendar tab shows your scheduled
events, the Competencies tab enables you to view your competency profile and
perform job role analysis, and the Manager tab appears only if you are a
